Project Hot Sauce - sauces to elevate any meal

Hoping you are all well and enjoying the Springtime weather!

We are relocating the company to NY and will be manufacturing during the 2024 harvest season which is August-September. 

It's been an exciting time getting all the permits,  engaging a new farmer and securing a kitchen.  

While I am going solo moving forward, I could not have done it without the help of my buddy Andrew.  He was such an important part of getting  us up and running.  We had a blast together and I can't thank him enough.

Fulfillingness First

Thank you for your patience everyone!!!

These past two and a half weeks have flown by! Dave flew out from NYC to LA so we could cook up final batches to fulfill your rewards. We spent four days cooking in a Commercial Kitchen space in Camarillo, CA. We went through our Cannery License Inspection and we are happy to say, we passed!

We spent the past week getting all the boxes ready to ship out. 

If you ordered swag, we are still awaiting an item from the printer so those packages will go out next week.

Fulfillment timeline!

We are getting excited and soon will be cooking to fulfill your pledges!

By now you should have received your backer survey from Backerkit asking for shipping info if you pledged for a reward. please fill it out if you have not done so already.

We wanted to share our current timeline for fulfillment. If all goes well with our cannery license inspection, which we think it will as we are well prepared to pass, we should be on schedule to send out your rewards by the end of the month! Here is what our timeline looks like:
